With a strong background in financial services, Jon brings to the team a breadth of experience across multiple companies at CEO and Board level, and is responsible for the management of Defcredit.

Mike Ricketts, Executive Manager - Retail Services

With extensive experience in operations, sales and general management, Mike is responsible for the Retail Services Division which includes the branch network and Contact Centre.

Leanne Kyle, Executive Manager - Marketing

With 20 years marketing experience in financial services, Leanne is responsible for the management of the brand and marketing communications of Defcredit.

Henry Pashley, Executive Manager - Finance
|
Henry is a Chartered Accountant with experience in senior financial roles across a number of companies. Drawing on over 15 years in the profession, Henry manages our Finance and Compliance Departments.

With over 25 years industry experience, Ian manages our Business Technology and Business Systems Department ensuring that Defcredit remains effective and efficient with our systems and technology.

Kristen Bugeja, Executive Manager - Human Resources

With 10 years experience at Defcredit in Human Resources, Kristen is suitably qualified to oversee a key function in the organisation, that of managing and developing our people.
