Jon Linehan, Chief Executive Officer

With a strong background in financial services, Jon brings to the team a breadth of experience across multiple companies at CEO and Board level, and is responsible for the management of Defcredit.

Dawn Bennett, Executive Manager - Retail Services

Joining Defcredit over 20 years ago, Dawn manages Defcredit's largest division, that of Retail Services. Her key responsibilities are the ongoing management and development of the Branch Network and the Contact Centre.

Henry Pashley, Executive Manager - Finance
|
Henry is a Chartered Accountant with experience in senior financial roles across a number of companies. Drawing on over 15 years in the profession, Henry manages our Finance and Compliance Departments.

Ian Brown, Chief Information Officer

With over 25 years industry experience, Ian manages our Business Technology and Business Systems Department ensuring that Defcredit remains effective and efficient with our systems and technology.

Kristen Bugeja, Executive Manager - Human Resources

With 10 years experience at Defcredit in Human Resources, Kristen is suitably qualified to oversee a key function in the organisation, that of managing and developing our people.

Martin Dohnt, Chief Financial Officer

Martin has over 15 years experience at Defcredit. His key responsibility is to oversee the financial operations of our Credit Union.

Phillip Elliott, Executive Manager - Marketing

Having over 20 years experience in financial services marketing, Phillip heads up our Marketing team who play a key role in the ongoing development of the Defcredit brand and the promotion and development of our products and services.

Garry Prout, Executive Manager - Lending

With many years of industry experience in addition to 20 years experience at Defcredit, Garry is responsible for our Home and Personal Loans, Collections and Visa team.
