Our Human Resources team, have dedicated Learning and Development professionals whose primary role is the ongoing development of our staff.

- Six monthly Supervisor Development Training
- Specialised Home Loan Consultant Training

Defcredit's Professional Development Program is aimed at those staff identified as potential future leaders. This program incorporates on-the-job activities as well as university study.
We also encourage staff to undertake further study relating to financial services or their position, by supporting approved courses through paid study assistance, study and exam leave.
