All staff have the opportunity to participate in continuous improvement activities across the organisation. Our relatively flat organisational structure encourages open communication at all levels: from staff members, right through to the Executive Management Team and our Chief Executive Officer. We don't just talk about having an open door policy - we practice this every day.

Staff are encouraged to apply for internal vacancies as we try to develop and promote from within. Our Australia wide branch network, also helps when staff need to move interstate due to a relocation or Defence posting of their family. Many times we successfully offer them a placement at their new location.
