The Board of Directors



Our Board of Directors oversee the strategic direction of Defcredit, and ensure that our statutory and legal requirements are met. Many of our Directors are either currently working within Defence related roles or have lengthy service experience. Board elections are held annually for Directors who have served a term of three years and are announced at the Annual General Meeting held in November.

Our Board of Directors are:

Chairman - Mark Richards, Colonel
Mark was initially elected to the Board on 6 November 2001, and was most
recently re-elected to the Board on 26 November 2007.


Deputy Chairman - Callum Brown, Wing Commander
Callum was initially elected to the Board on 25 November 1996, and was most
recently re-elected to the Board on 23 November 2009.


Alan Hands
Alan was initially elected to the Board on 22 November 1993, and was most
recently re-elected to the Board on 26 November 2007.


Craig Madden, Lieutenant Colonel
Craig was initially elected to the Board on 28 November 2005 and was most
recently re-elected on 24 November 2008.


Paul Mulraney, Colonel (Ret'd)
Paul was initially elected to the Board on 23 November 1998, and was most
recently re-elected to the Board on 26 November 2007.


Michael O'Brien, Major General (Ret'd)
Michael was initially elected to the Board on 24 June 1985, and was most
recently re-elected to the Board on 23 November 2009.


Andrew Robinson, Captain (Ret'd)
Andrew was initially elected to the Board on 28 November 2005 and was
most recently re-elected on 24 November 2008.
