Lost or stolen cards

Call the Visa hotline on (02) 9959 7480 or 1800 224 004 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) in the event of theft, loss or unauthorised use of your True Blue credit card, debit Visa Card or Redicard. On receipt of your notification, your card will be cancelled immediately.
To order a new card, please print the attached form and either fax on (03) 8624 5896 or post this to:
