To access your funds 24/7, log onto Defcredit Online Banking – view balances, transfer funds or pay bills via BPAY®.

Drop in to one of our 43 branches throughout Australia.

Post


Deposit cheques or cash and make withdrawals at Australia Post Bank@Post™ outlets*.

ATM


Access any rediATM across Australia with unlimited withdrawals and no ATM access charge.

EFTPOS


Access your money wherever you use EFTPOS – simply press ‘credit’ and you can make unlimited transactions, with no access charge (Visa Debit Card only).**

You can also keep up to date on your account activity by using SMS & Email Alerts^.

This facility allows you to check your account balances on your mobile phone or receive account information by SMS or email whenever a nominated event occurs. (You must register for Online Banking to access SMS & Email Alerts – to register, call 1800 033 139.)

Your new look online banking system



You may notice Defcredit has changed its online banking system. We’ve done this to help you, with better functionality, speed and overall performance.

Online banking has also had a design revamp so it’s easier on the eye, so you may want to have a look to familiarise yourself.

Even better news is that this upgrade means improved features for you in the near future, like new mobile banking capabilities and security updates.

Designed to benefit our time poor members, eStatements let you receive all your regular bank statements online, accessible with only a few clicks of a button.

With eStatements, you can monitor your spending and keep track of individual expenses as far back as two years. Accessible 24/7 anywhere in the world, eStatements are perfect for members on active deployment.

Plus, you are helping save the environment. Every statement you receive and view online reduces the amount of carbon normally produced with a printed version. eStatements make life easier for you, and the planet at the same time.

To register for eStatements, log into online banking and click on eStatements on the left navigation menu. It’s that easy.
