Cheque books



  • Keep your cheque book in a secure place and never give it to others.

  • Never pre-sign cheques.

  • Always use pens to write your cheques - pencil can be erased.

  • When posting cheques in the mail, cross the cheque 'Not Negotiable'.

  • If you are expecting a cheque book in the mail and it does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact Defcredit on 1800 033 139.
